When Canadian Farm Tech Takes the Global Stage 🌍🇨🇦
Last week, our CEO Robin Vincent presented "From Desert to Harvest" at the Future Food Resilience Summit during AgraME 2025 in Dubai, and the response exceeded our expectations.
Why Dubai? Why now?
Food security isn't just a Canadian challenge—it's a global imperative. We invested in AgraME because the conversations happening in the Middle East around agricultural innovation are some of the most forward-thinking in the world. When you're farming in desert conditions, you don't have the luxury of inefficiency.
What we learned:
The interest at our booth was overwhelming. We had conversations with government officials from three countries exploring food sovereignty solutions, met with distributors interested in bringing Canobi.ONE to new markets, and connected with growers facing the same challenges as Canadian farmers—just in very different climates.
One visitor summed it up perfectly: "Everyone talks about disruption. You're talking about integration. That's what we need."
The Canadian advantage:
International delegates were genuinely excited about Canadian agricultural technology. Our experience engineering systems that work in -40°C Arctic conditions translates directly to the reliability needed in +50°C desert environments. Extreme is extreme, regardless of direction.
Working with BMTS, our Dubai distributor, we're able to select and install equipment specifically engineered for regional conditions, proving that intelligent farming isn't one-size-fits-all.
What this means for our customers:
Every conversation in Dubai reinforced what we've always believed: farms need technology that works with their existing systems, not against them. The global interest validates our approach and strengthens our commitment to making intelligent farming accessible to operations of all sizes, anywhere in the world.
The numbers:
✅ 20+ meaningful partnerships discussed
✅ 5 countries represented in serious conversations
✅ 100+ booth visitors over 2 days
✅ 1 very jet-lagged but energized CEO
While we were 7,000 miles away, our systems back home kept monitoring farms across Canada—because that's the point. True farm intelligence means you can focus on growth, not geography.
Want to see what had international ag leaders excited? Let's talk about how Canobi.ONE can bring the same reliability and intelligence to your operation.
